The tiger is the largest of the world’s big cats and this magnificent creature, with its distinctive orange and black stripes and beautifully marked face, has a day that is dedicated to it. Mount Litera School - Rewa celebrated “International Tiger Day” or “Global Tiger Day” on 29th July, to increase awareness on tiger populations throughout the world as well as the challenges and successes tiger conservationists face today. A special Morning Assembly was conducted in which students and teachers spread the awareness to the youth as they are the future stakeholder of the country. The aim of the programme was to spread awareness about “Tiger conservation by maintaining stability of the entire ecosystems by fostering other levels in the food chain”, thereby ensuring healthy forests, clean air, clean water and clean environment. On this day, our school organized class wise “Poster Making Competition & other Activities”. Our small kids wore tiger masks, placards, stickers, etc., and participated in classroom based Activity. There is a wide range of fun-filled activities and ideas for the whole Mount Literian’s.

The four houses, namely Gandhi, Da-Vanci, Columbus and Einstein had performed their own skits based on the theme "Kargil Vijay Diwas". As the nation remembers its brave heroes on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, mlzsrewa's kids remebermized the moment, how the war unfolded in 1999. At the end of the session School Management, Teachers, Students of mlzs witnessed four great skits well written and acted out, sending out a clear message of " Kargil Vijay Diwas".

Guru Purnima is the festival dedicated to teachers in India. The day is observed to pay respects and express gratitude to teachers. The festival is celebrated on the full moon day in the Hindu month of Ashadha. People from different cities across the country walk to the town to take part in the festival. Mount Litra Zee School kids shown their dedication and respect towards their " Guru"; as a sign of Special Assembly, Prayer, Student & Teachers Speech.
